One of the most important objectives of Urvarasa is to facilitate policy-level initiatives in favour of natural, stock-free agriculture in India. Our parent organisation, Jeeva Bhavana Foundation, has been maintaining correspondence with policymakers, government authorities, experts, influencers and media professionals, to give them factual, scientific information about the connection between animal agriculture and climate change & environmental breakdown. Parallelly, the correspondence is used to raise awareness, educate the general public and inspire our citizens to make informed food choices. We believe that effective change in our food system will be successful only when ordinary citizens and official bodies alike have a common vision for a healthy and vibrant India.
